- 1/2 kg minced chicken
- 10 dried chinese mushroom (cut into cubes)
- 10 cloves garlic - chopped
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp dark soya sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 spring onion
*METHOD
- Fry garlic with mushroom cubes until fragrant.
- Add minced chicken, pepper, salt, dark soya sauce and sugar. fry till dry.
- Add spring onion and fry 3 minutes.
- Put on the serving plate and serve hot.
