Special Fish Roll

*INGREDIENTS

- 500g mackerel fish paste
- 2 potatoes - skinned, sliced and steam until cooked
- 50g shelled prawns
- 50g minced pork
- 200g bean curd
- 1 egg
- 1 lettuce
- some flour
- 1 tsp chicken stock granules
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp corn flour


*METHOD

1. Mash the bean curd and steamed potatoes, then combine with fish paste, shelled prawns and miinced pork, mix thoroughly.
2. Crack in the egg, beat well. Add in 1 tsp chicken stock granules, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp flour and 2 tbsp corn flour.
3. Transfer the well mixed mixture onto a greased plate, roll into an oblong shape and steam for 10 minutes, leave to cool.
4. Chill over night in refrigerator.
5. Take out the fish roll and cut into sliced, coat is sliced with flour and pan-fry both sides till golden brown.
6.To serve, wrap up the sliced in lettuce leaves, or accompany with chilli sauce, thousand islan dressing or coleslaw dressing.
