- 500g fish fillet ( grass carp, dory or grouper )
- 1/2 medium size pumpkin - seeded
- 1 pack Enoki mushroom
- 250 ml stock
- 3 tbsp evaporated milk
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 stalk coriander - chopped
- 1 tbsp rice wine
* METHOD
- Season the fish fillet with dash of salt and 1 tbsp of rice wine.
- Cube the pumpkin with the skin, place in a pot, add in cooking oil and stock, cooking until mushy.
- Add in evaporated milk and bring to boil.
- Put in the fish fillets and Enoki mushroom, cook for a while.
- Toss in saltand pepper powder, sprinkle with chopped coriander.
