Wasabi Fish

* INGREDIENTS

- 400g fish fillet (dory or grouper)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Thousand Island Dressing
- 150 g self raising flour
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 200 ml water
- Dash of pepper and salt


* To Prepare Better
  1. Sieve flour, salt & pepper in a bowl, make a well in the center.
  2. Add in oil, then add water gradually, mix till mixture is smooth and free from lumps.

* METHOD
  1. Season the fish fillet  with salt, cooking wine and pepper powder for 10 minutes.
  2. Dip the fish in the batter, deep fry in hot oil until golden brown, remove and drain, arrange on a serving plate, garnish with thousand island dressing.
  3. Combine the wasabi and mayonnaise, serve with fry fish fillet.
