- 2 slices mackerel fish ( 300-400g)
- 1 tbsp red wine dreg
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock granules
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
* METHOD
1. Rinse the fish, wipe dry, season with 1 (bsp red wine dreg, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp water, 1/2 chicken stock granules, 1/2 tsp salt for 1-2 hours.
2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in wok, shallow fry the seasoned fish on both sides till fragrant an turns brown.
