* INGREDIENTS
- 2 pcs silver cod
- Half nos onion - cut into rings
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 pcs cheese - tear into small pieces
- Adequate thousand island dressing
- 2 pcs sage leaves - tear into small pieces
* METHOD
1. Make a ship-shaped plate using aluminium foil
2. Season the cod with salt, pepper powder and wine, leave aside.
3. Heat oil in wok, shallow fry the cod on both sides to seal in the juices (2-3 minutes), keep aside.
4. Fry onion ring until fragrant.
5. Place fried onion on the plate, top with fried cod.
7. Top with the cheese and sage leaves pieces.
8. Bake in phreated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the topping is golden brown.( Approx 10-15 minutes).
