- 300g Fish fillet ( dory, salmon, cod, tuna)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 egg - beaten
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1/4 salt
- 14 tsp pepper powder
* To Prepare Fruits and Juice
- 1/2 grape fruit (1/4 diced, 1/4 squeeze out juice)
- 1 apple - cubed
- 1/2 small papaya - skined and seeded, diced
- 1 slice of pineapple - diced
- 1 lemon - squeeze out juice
* METHOD
- Combine diced grape fruits, apple, papaya and pineapple in a bowl.
- Add in grape fruits juice and lemon juice, mix well, set aside.
- Wipe dry fish fillet, season with salt and pepper powder.
- Dip the fish fillet into flour, then egg, then coat well with breadcrumbs.
- Heat up 2 tbsp cooking oil in wok, shallow fry fish fillet on both sides until golden brown, dish out.
- Arrange fish fillet on a serving plate, accompany with fruits and juice.
