Fruity Fillet-O-Fish

* INGREDIENTS

-  300g Fish fillet ( dory, salmon, cod, tuna)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 egg - beaten
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1/4 salt
- 14 tsp pepper powder

 * To Prepare Fruits and Juice 

- 1/2 grape fruit (1/4 diced, 1/4 squeeze out juice)
- 1 apple - cubed
- 1/2 small papaya - skined and seeded, diced
- 1 slice of pineapple - diced
- 1 lemon - squeeze out juice


* METHOD
  1. Combine diced grape fruits, apple, papaya and pineapple in a bowl.
  2. Add in grape fruits juice and lemon juice, mix well, set aside.
  3. Wipe dry fish fillet, season with salt and pepper powder.
  4. Dip the fish fillet into flour, then egg, then coat well with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat up 2 tbsp cooking oil in wok, shallow fry fish fillet on both sides until golden brown, dish out.
  6. Arrange fish fillet on a serving plate, accompany with fruits and juice.
