The Steamed Fish with spicy Bean Paste with ingredients and its method, simple and easy:


* INGREDIENTS

- 500g fresh water carp
- 2 stalks spring onion
- 1 tbsp spicy bean paste
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 stalks coriander - sectioned
- 1 tbsp cooking wine/ Shao xing wine
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp salt


* METHOD

1. Rinse the fish, wipe dry, combine with salt, cooking wine and oyster sauce, season for 1 hour.
2. Lay 2 stalks of spring onion on the plate, arrange the seasoned fish on top, put in chopped ginger, pepper powder, top with spicy bean paste.
3. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes till cooked, remove from the steamer.
4. Heat 1 tbsp of oil, spoon over the fish, then sprinkle with coriander, serve hot.
